This collaboration between longtime colleagues and seasoned teachers, Karen Thomas and Liz Reynolds offers a unique training, combining fundamental yogic concepts and traditional asana with modern, creative, playful approaches to understanding and teaching yoga. Our vinyasa training aims to especially equip you with a thorough understanding of practicing and teaching asana within the context of sound physical principles of movement while remaining true to fundamental yogic concepts.
Early Morning Yoga is back!
Opal Espresso Hour is back on the schedule from 7:15-8:20am Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Opal’s newest 500 hour YA certified teacher, Chris Peterson will get your day started with an invigorating flow followed by some deeply grounded floor work to help you find clarity and balance that will serve you throughout your busy day. Before you go out to sit in traffic, tackle those looming deadlines or face those angsty co-workers, stop by Opal for Espresso Hour for vinyasa flow your future self will thank you for.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and set up your mat.
We have mats and towels available for you to borrow.

Opal Yoga students may use Posture spots for our 7:15am classes, 7:15pm classes, and during our classes Sat + Sunday. The Artful Lodger spots may be used for the 7:15am, 7:15pm and during our classes on Sunday. For noon classes & 5:30pm classes, please park on the street. FYI, Hill and Wood Funeral Home allows people to park in their lot when there are not signs up.
