Forty minutes of Yoga Nidra is said to have the same effect as 3-4 hours of sleep. This practice requires very little movement and is excellent for all levels.

Aerial Yoga Workshop

Elevate you mat practice! For the first half of this workshop, learn the basics of Aerial yoga in a silk hammock and recreate familiar poses in the air. You’ll receive instructions on getting in and out of the hammock and how to maneuver around it in safe, playful ways.
Then enjoy an hour of mindful meditation and slow breath focused, gentle aerial poses with blocks, eye pillows, blankets + gentle massage. Restorative Aerial yoga aims to open energy lines and encourage the release of stored tension and a calm nervous system.
With the support of the hammock, your body and mind will settle and recharge. Come discover a new level of balance in your life!
This workshop prepares you for our upcoming Aerial tricks and flips classes.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and set up your mat.
Mats and towels are available for you to borrow. Our studio offers a spacious comfy lobby, plenty of cubby space for your belongings, wonderful showers and a generous amount of parking spaces!

Park in one of the small lots on the side of the building across from the art park (not the news complex side). Look for a big sculpture of an upside down man on the roof. Walk all the way down the outdoor corridor under the sculpture. Enter the building through the double glass doors. The studio is the first biz on the left after you enter the building. The door says M3 and Opal’s sign is down a little lower in the window.
