We have relocated to the M3 complex in the IX building! 949 2nd St. SE Charlottesville, Va 22902

Here’s how to find us at IX: From the Brazos side of the building, follow  Opal & M3 signs down the corridor under the sculpture of the upside down guy on the roof. Go through the glass doors, behold the lovely fountain; we’re the first biz on the left! This move is truly exciting! Students will have access to a host of amenities in the M3 complex including a proper lobby, plenty of parking and seriously awesome showers!

Buti Yoga focuses on activating the Spiral Structure of the core to engage the deep abdominal muscles and stimulate the endocrine system. The Buti Yoga movement methodology is drawn from primal movement, tribal dance and ancient yoga techniques to awaken the Shakti energy and free the mind.

300 Hour Teacher Training
with Peach Friedman & Noah Mazé

YOGAMAZÉ 300 hour teacher trainings unlock and unleash your teaching potential. We provide tools to increase your efficacy and potency in the classroom and beyond. We systematically and exponentially increase your teaching knowledge and expertise. We build upon foundational competencies, and introduce new techniques to improve the quality and authenticity of your unique voice, position and perspective. You will learn self-empowerment strategies to better help yourself over time on your distinct yoga journey.

This training consists of 6 five-day modules. In between onsite weeks we utilize online classrooms to apply and integrate the learning. Students may miss a module if necessary. We can accommodate make up modules for up to one year after the training ends.

Module 1: November 5-9, 2018
Module 2: January 14-18, 2019
Module 3: March 11-15, 2019
Module 4: May 20-24, 2019
Module 5: July 15-19, 2019
Module 6: September 9-13, 2019

Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and set up your mat.
Mats and towels are available for you to borrow.  Our studio offers a spacious comfy lobby, plenty of cubby space for your belongings, wonderful showers and a generous amount of parking spaces!

We've got just a few more openings for Adam Whiting 's Handstands 101 workshop this Friday night (7/13, 6-9pm) and for The Art of Letting Go this Saturday (7/14, 1-4pm).
