Mon, 11/5 Asana session: Stand with Noah Mazé and Peach Friedman
This full spectrum class will focus in on standing poses to ground you and prepare you for whatever lies ahead, as standing poses prepare you for every other type of pose. Expect clear instructions, step by step sequencing, strong work in fundamental poses, refinements and some good old fashioned standing poses.
Tues, 11/6 Asana session: Sit to Fly with Noah Maze
This all levels forward bend and arm balance focused class will open your legs, hips and back to move progressively and safely into deepening seated forward bends and hip openers as an entry point for arm balances. Expect plenty of core strengthening, progressive sequencing, and applied anatomy as we systematically deconstruct, prepare for, and reconstruct arm balancing postures.
Wed Nov 7 with Noah Mazé
This strong mixed level backbend workshop will systematically strengthen your core and open your shoulders, upper back and hips/legs for backbends. We will progress from fundamental backbends into Urdhva Dhanurasana (Upward Bow/Full Wheel), standing up to Tadasana from Urdhva Dhanurasana and dropping back from Tadasana to Urdhva Dhanurasana. Expect step by step teaching, careful and specific sequencing, work with props, modifications, options and clear stages for all levels, and a passionate call to engage your heart.
Thurs, Nov 8 Asana session: Awaken with Peach Friedman
This session will deeply explore the principles that empower you to open your body/mind/heart safely and powerfully, by building opening and awareness in a well-rounded, potent, full spectrum practice of asana, pranayama, and meditation. We will dive deeply into our bodies, minds and hearts to enjoy the bliss of integrated awareness and ability.
Fri, Nov 9 Asana session: Flow with Peach Friedman
This strong all levels vinyasa workshop will build on fundamental vinyasa poses and transitions (sun salutations), build heat, focus and strength as we progress into increasingly complex and creative peak sequences that combine standing poses, hip openers, arm balances, inversions and backbends. Expect strong continuous practice, in rhythm with your breath, alignment combined with flow. Come ready to play hard and challenge your practice.

Yin Immersion Teacher Training + Public Classes

This weekend course is an immersive dive into the world of Yin yoga as taught by Tucker Shelton, M.A., E-RYT 500, YACEP, KYM 100. Tucker’s Yin classes blend traditional Yin with Restorative Yoga, Myofascial Release, guided meditation, Chakra theory, Thai Yoga Massage, and more. This training will give attendees a deep understanding of Tucker’s approach to teaching Yin, making ethical and juicy adjustments, guiding meditations, and leading breath work. It will provide those who wish to teach Yin and Restorative yoga with everything they need to get started on strong footing. An incredibly nourishing experience for all, this weekend is also just a great way to spoil yourself and spend time with Tucker while bonding with other Yin enthusiasts. 300 Hour Teacher Training

YOGAMAZÉ 300 hour teacher trainings unlock and unleash your teaching potential. We provide tools to increase your efficacy and potency in the classroom and beyond. We systematically and exponentially increase your teaching knowledge and expertise. We build upon foundational competencies, and introduce new techniques to improve the quality and authenticity of your unique voice, position and perspective. You will learn self-empowerment strategies to better help yourself over time on your distinct yoga journey.
This training consists of 6 five-day modules. In between onsite weeks we utilize online classrooms to apply and integrate the learning. Students may miss a module if necessary. We can accommodate make up modules for up to one year after the training ends.

An invigorating vinyasa yoga practice to release stress and encourage energy flow in your body, followed by a 30 minute extended savasana with community style acupuncture. The acupuncture points will focus on stress management, detoxification and immune support. This combination of yoga and acupuncture will foster a state of deep rest and restoration, giving your body and mind space to heal.This event is limited to 10 people.
