Rasa Yoga Lab (75 min)

Rasa means essence in Sanskrit. This class is a blend of juicy vinyasa with yin and myofascial release (courtesy of the use of tennis balls and other props) and it aims to uncover ease and peace at the core of your being. The focus will be on building heat and pliability in the tissues then going deep in held positions.

We’ll explore overlooked and ignored nooks and crannies that harbor our toxic load -mental, physical, and emotional. This class is open to all levels and may be especially helpful for yogis and athletes who cross train. Think of these 75 minutes as a healing tonic for an over-worked, over-stressed mind and body and, at the very least, your appreciation for the tennis ball will never be greater.
